Associated Press just released a report by the Tennessee Center for Policy Research showing that Al Gore's home use of energy consumed 221,000 kilowatt hours for '2006. The typical Tennessee home consumes 15,600 kilowatt hours of energy per year. Hence, Mr Global Warming's Home uses more than 13 times the fossil-fuel energy as that used by the average homeowner.

A Gore spokesperson tried to deflect criticism by claiming that Gore purchases $432/month of "green power," which is energy provided by alternative sources like solar, wind & methane. However, a quick check of Gore's utility bills revealed that Gore just started buying this so-called "green energy" last November...ONLY FOUR MONTHS AGO.

While this blatant hypocrite writes books, makes movies, and flies all over the country in private jets telling the rest of us we have a moral obligation to change our lives by using a smaller C02 footprint to save this planet, he & his wife generate a C02 footprint that exceeds what 13 other families would generate in a year at their homes. Of course, if we were to look at his transportation C02 footprint, I would be willing to bet that Gore would exceed the average person's C02 footprint by a factor of 20.

Remember, we're talking about a has-been, piss-poor, Ex-vice president who doesn't have a real job, and who refuses to be interviewed by any climatologists who don't accept his global warming crap.
