DANVILLE, Pa. -- A 12-year-old special education student in Montour County, Pa., is charged with disorderly conduct.
Authorities said she deliberately wet her pants at school. Her mother disagrees.
The child's mother told the Press Enterprise it happened because her daughter was frightened by the principal.
The girl had been preparing a holiday lunch with her classmates and teachers at Danville Middle School on Dec. 20. Her mother said when her daughter refused to go to the kitchen to wash some pots and pans, teachers summoned Principal Kevin Duckwork, who confronted the girl.
She then wet her pants.
Her mother said the girl is terrified of Duckwork and has wet herself during previous confrontations with him. But Danville Police Chief Eric Gill said school officials are at their "wit's end" with the girl, and they believe her actions were deliberate.
Police told the girl's parents they could probably avoid a fine if they agree to have the girl do community servic |

| That's crazy had not heard that story before, but it is just crazy. Disciplining a child who obviously already has issues since the child is in special ed, what is wrong with some of these educators, if that was my child i would really be having a fir over the whole thing. |

| It's possible to happen but it only proves that their Principal Kevin Duckwork is out of her mind. I think the girl did not intentionally wet her pants. What the purpose of charging her? There must be always a consideration. The one who filed the charge proves to be immature. |

Why would a girl im Middle School wet her pants infront of everyone just to annoy the Principal?
Imagine what will happen to her life in school. She will never be able to live it down.
How could they not have not kept it in mind before they made such a statement. If i were the girl's parents, i would sue the school. |
