It's official...the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency said yesterday that Communist China is now the world's number one carbon polluter.

In 2006, Communist China surpassed the U.S. by 8% in greenhouse gas emmissions. Report said Communist China emitted a total of 6.2 billion tons of C02 and the U.S. emitted a total of 5.8 billion tons of C02.

The International Energy Agency (IEA) advised last year that they expected Communist China to surpass the U.S. in greenhouse gas emissions.

Communist China also jumped ahead of Japan as the second largest consumer of auotmobiles in the world...U.S. is still number one.

My...my...the libs can't bash the U.S. as the number one polluter in the world anymore. Now, it's their(liberals) buddies, the communist, who are the number one polluters. However, since libs don't give two craps about facts and truth, I am sure you'll continue to hear Nancy Pelosi and the other leftists in congress bash this country as the top polluter, and I am sure the lying liberal media will do nothing to correct that lie.

Funny you left out the part of the news article that showed that although China has 1,3 billion people compared top the US - their per capita emissions are tiny compared to the US. As usual the total denial of any science is alive and well in this country. No wonder - we graduate less than half of high school students. This country is falling like a rock and it can be traced directly back to the anti-intelligence and money grubbing policies of the conservatives.

Let's all set up a tent, have a revival and talk about how the end is coming instead of being a leader in slowing our pollution and trying to save this planet. It is obvious that America doesn't give a darn about their children or grandchildren if it affects their ability to make the almighty dollar.

I didn't leave that part out....it was available to you, right? Per capita emissions are meaningless as you just stupidly noted. The issue is NOT how much emission each person emits; the issue is how much the entire country emits.

The only denial of science going on here are the junk science idiots you support who claim that mankind is responsible for a lousy six tenths of a degree increase over the last 150 years. All the renowned scientists(leaders/icons in their fields) have openly dismissed that junk science. Don't forget, it was your liberal buddies and their junk scientists who just 35 years ago were screaming about global cooling and an ice agge. Liberals own all the junk science awards.

You can track the beginning of our academic decline as a nation back to the 1960s when liberals began taking over our school systems and dumbing our academic requirements to accommodate "diversity" and start race quotas to get unqualified students into our colleges and universities.

Where we once produced our own engineers & scientists in abundance, 45 years of liberal degradation of our schools has us now importing most of our engineers and scientists from abroad. The liberals have runied most of our schools systems by dumbing down the scholastic excellence that conservatism had achieved prior to the idiot, moronic liberal 1960s.

Puny man can't do anything to save any planet anywhere from natural occurences and natural processes. This planet has 3000 known volcanoes and 500 of them are active. The C02 emmissions from these active volcanoes alone far outstrips all the C02 mankind emits. Guess you libs are gonna plug up the holes of all 500 active volcanoes, huh??? I'm sure you libs will need to raise taxes for your volcano plug program.

February this year, your goofy junk scientists claimed before the World Climate Change Committee that "rice paddies" are singularly responsible for most of the methane released in the world's atmosphere. Guess you libs a gonna tell some four billion humans to stop using rice as their main food staple, huh? Of course, ya'll will need to raise taxes, right?

We also know that termites produce more C02 than mankind.
So, let's get some liberals and their junk scientists to come up with a plan to train world termites to go on a diet...I'm sure libs will also need to raise taxes to do this. Don't forget, we have 6.5 billion human beings exhaling C02 24/7 with each breath...gotta do something about that...can't have all those humans breathing...let's raise taxes to come up with breath rationing

God...Conservatives are so smart!! Simple just get rid of all of the termites and problem solved. Oops, Forgot about Orkin or the "Bug Man" Tom Delay or any other bidness - we sure as hell don;t want to affect bidness in any way = after all they are the reason that we exist.

I should correct that - I mean "working conservatives or moral conservatives". After all it is the working stiffs that are worried about what happens - the real conservatives could give a rat's ass about what you and I are doing. They are much too busy enjoying the riches of our society and watching the peasants squabble.

That termites emit more C02 into the atmosphere than man, is old news and well established science. Why don't you take a moment from all the time you have as an unemployed freeloader and readup on the termite-C02 problem plaguing the rain forest...otherwise known as a friggin' "junlge."

If you're talking about folks sitting around on their ass enjoying riches then you are definitely talking about liberals, not conservatives. It is a demographic fact that more billionaires and millionaires in this country are flaming libs. Look no farther than that liberal infestation known as hollywood!!! Also, better check who is running our Exec. Board room these days. Might also want to look at who owns, controls & manages the lib mainstream media...about 90% of our entire media runs on liberal dollars.
