Court O.K.'s High-Speed Police Chases

Good news for the cops...bad news for the scumbags!!

The U.S. Supreme Court said, yesterday, that the police MAY USE TACTICS THAT PUT FLEEING SUSPECTS AT RISK OF DEATH IN HIGH-SPEED CAR CHASES.

The court ruled 8 to 1 in favor of the police being able to take-out fleeing motorists even if the police action causes death or injury to the dumbass suspect. About damn time!!!

What this also means is GONE are the days that low-life trial attorneys can sue policemen or police departments on behalf of fleeing scumbags who get themselves killed or injured by the police during a high-speed chase.

This particular case involved a 19 yearold scumbag named Victor Harris who lost control of his car after policeman, Tim Scott, rammed the 19 yearold scumbag's car at speeds of 90mph to end a high-speed chase.
The 19 yearold scumbag came out of the accident a quadriplegic. Victor Harris, the scumbag, sued the cop for damages and the case went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court...where the scumbag lost his case and where America's police forces were unexpectedly given open season on all fleeing scumbags.

This is a very important decision and now empowers the cops to takeout any and all fleeing scumbags at will. I guarantee you, the police chase vidoes that all of us watch on TV at various times are going to become more violent...for the scumbags.

Now...if we could only get back to the days of shooting the hell out of fleeing suspects this country would start getting itself back on the right track.
