Well, I've never been one for conspiracy theories, but even I have to admit this one was very 'convenient' for certain people.
It's also very difficult to sift the wheat from the chaff. There appears to be so much conflicting evidence.
Whether it was purposeful or not, I do think that there was another factor involved, that we either haven't been told about or hasn't been resolved. |

the Illuminati killed Princess Di because she was about to reveal how Charles is secretly plotting to take over the world!
bhaaaahaaahaa!
erk.
seriously, I wept when Di passed away - she was one classy woman.

It was a very strange atmosphere here at the time.
Not helped, of course, by the attitude of the Royal Family, refusing to lower the flag to half mast and all that.
Can't have been easy on her children.
OK the Royals came round in the end, but it's difficult to see any sincerity in it when it had to basically be pressured out of them. |

Here is what's interesting about Pricess Diana. There was someone-- I think her Butler-- who had a hand writtern note from Diana, which said that she's fearing for her life. She will be a targeted to be killed according to her.
Who knows, maybe it was Queen Elizabeth, according to the conspiracy theories. |

Ah, yes. That would be Mr Burrell.
He was her butler for a long time and has sold quite a few stories.
To be honest, dramatics aside, I think if we dismissed the ideas of conspiracies out of hand then we would be naive. |
