Do you know how your taxes are spent?

I have recently discovered some alarming information..When banknotes are printed in america ,they are considered a loan and interest has to be paid on them.Every personal tax dollar paid in america goes to just paying the interest of banknotes!..This is a blatent theft as banknotes can be garantued by precious metals and proven assets of a country,that way,no interest needs to be paid.America has the assets to garantee the tender or notes,so you have essentialy been fleeced of trillions for no reason except they could do it and could get away with it. There is a new law in america that its illegal to hurt the american economy...So why havent they gone after the people who made up the interest rate on printed notes,since it is totaly unnesesary?Do they just go after the little guys and leave the really big ones alone?

Plus, the FED link seemed as though it was written by some random person that is constantely seeking flaws in gov, and when can't find any makes up his own.
Plus, the site did't seem as though some gov awarness site or one of the
help people awarness type, it looks like a site I wrote up once using html for a school project.
If you have other concrete sources then plz post the links.
And yes, that's how banks work. How do you think they get money and profit if all they do is store money and loan. There is the interest on the loans.
