Many like to make excuses these days by saying that the GOP has changed and is no longer like the GOP of old who had basic core beliefs.
Republicans really haven't changed much since the fifties. Sure, now they hate gays and Mexicans and Muslims instead of Russians and blacks and women, but it's really just the same pile of crap with a new hat on it. |

The biggest racists in this country are liberals and blacks, in that order. But, let's see what all of america has to say about gays, mexicans and muslims.
(1) First gays...only polls I seen on gays lately deals with gay marriage and americans are overwhelmingly against that. Show me a poll that doesn't not show a majority of americans against gay marriage. We've already had 13 states pass laws against gay marriage. This means that libs and democrats had to help pass these laws and had to also give negative opinions against gay marriage to pollsters. So much for you trying to paint only republicans as anti-gay.
(2) Next, you say above that republicans hate mexicans. Let's see your source(any source) that can support such a statement. Let's what america says. America says by massively overwhelming numbers that they want illegals scum-sh*ts(mexicans et al) the hell out of our country and that they want border control stiffened to stop the flow of illegals across our southern borders. Show me a poll that says otherwise? Show me a poll where only republicans want this?!
(3) I don't know of any poll showing that republicans hate muslims. I do know of post 9/11 polls that shows not just this country but other democracies who citizens have a growing distruct of muslims and particulalry their religion.
Seems...as usual...youu just don't know what the hell you're talking about.

Why don't you look at the ACTIONS of the Republican led Bush Administration and see the illegal internment of thousands of Muslims in Guantanamo Bay that are stripped of their basic human rights. If Benjamin Franklin were alive today he would say "We have sacrificed liberty with security and therefore, we deserve neither." |

Hey, Mr. brain-dead, there never has been thousands of muslims interned at Gitmo...you can't even get that right!! The number is 960...that's the highest number of islamic-scum ever interned at Gitmo you american-hatin' liberal. And, all of these islamic-nazis were scrapped off the battlefields of Afghanistan trying to kill our troops. And the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that they are LEGALLY INTERNED AS ENEMY COMBATANTS so, as usual, you don't know what the hell you're talking about when you stupidly claim that these nazis are being held illegally.
Further, there are only 360 of these islamic-nazis remaining at Gitmo and many of them are still there because their own damn countries refuse to take them back. So...why don't YOU adopt one of these poor put-upon islamci thugs and bring him back to you place to live happily ever after. You guys can plan bombings together, go out and shoot some civilians at the Malls and maybe behead one or two infidels for the press. |

Its funny how libs talk about "illegal internment" and "torture" at Gitmo and so forth. Have you noticed the latest Michael Moore movie clip where he complains that the Gitmo detainees have free medical care while American citizens do not? The intellectual inconsistencies and dishonesty are stunning! We can't win for losing, can we? So we both torture them and then give them free medical care? Only the intellectually dysfunctional mindset of a liberal can square those two.
Oh, and BTW, being the "progressive", nuanced and visionary thinkers you libs claim to be, I suggest that you ditch the Franklin quote for one more timely and applicable given the power of WMD's. That being "The constitution is not a suicide pact". |

It is pretty simple - Conservatives love to hate. They can no longer hate blacks or jews and be considered anything other that a "dumbass redneck" so now they go for the gays. It is simply a conservative thing (usually white) and they actually feel good if they can express their outrage and anger. Another victim of their "holier-than-thou" attitude is of course the mexican immigrant. The favorite saying here in Central Texas is they are "spreading like a bunch of fireants". It is pretty pathetic when you consider the fact that "they" were here long before we were, they spoke Spanish as the native language, and as the "white folk" eat their morning breakfast tacos they seem to forget that almost everyone they see working in the immediate vicinity (except the air-conditioned offices) are Hispanic. And pretty soon they will realize that they will soon become the minority and it will be funny to see their reaction.
