Hey, libs...would you like to see hate speech laws enacted in this country like Germany, France, United Kingdom, Canada, Iceland and a number of other countries have done???

As you should know, the 1st amendment to our Constitution expressly prohibits such a law, but does allow gov't to restrict free speech where defamation, calls to riot & sedition are at play.

Although hate speech restrictions are in violation of our Constitution, we've let many public universities break the law by instituting hate-speech codes, censorship, etc. All of these universities could be successfully sued should the gov't or some private citizen finally gets fed up with this crap.

So...libs...whatya think...you guys ready to create a "thought-crime law"??? No more displaying of the swastikas, KKK, Confederate Flag, communist insignias, etc. You get pissed and blurt out a prohibited word and next thing you know $1000 fine and 30 days in jail.

Curious...how would you libs go about getting such a law passed:
(1) Just ignore the Constitution and pass the damn thing anyway?
(2) Obey the Constiitution and thus seek the required constitutional amendment providing for such a restriction on free speech??
(3) Take the litigation route and try to get the Supreme Court to violate the constitution on your behalf and order such a speech restriction???

Let's see a list of prohibted words??? Would you insist that certain words be removed from our dictionaries since it would be illegal to use them verbally or in written form???? And, of course, these forbidden words should also be removed for the children, right?

You guys ready to go after the meanies who say bad things???

Well...I'll be damned!!! Here we go with another case of liberals ignoring our 1st amendment protected speech. A Texas Mayor is moving to ban the N-word and wants to slap people with $500 fines/jail for using it...most of his idiot township supports this clearly illegal move.

It just amazes me how today's liberals think they're above the law; that the Constitution somehow does not apply to them, and that they'll do as they damn well please. This is just one of many red-flag examples showing how dangerous liberals are to our freedoms and our rights. These people are so arrogant and so power-drunk they are now embarking on criminalizing thought & speech.

Take note, that the only modern day ideologies that have actually done this are nazism, marxism, communism, and socailism. Modern liberalism is the cornerstone for each of these ideologies that are directly responsible slaughtering more than 100 million people just during the 20th century. Real Americans had better wake the hell up when you hear about laws that effectively criminalize thoughts. Here's the link....

Sadly for the most part Texas is a very Republican state - with the exception of Austin - probably because of the education level. I agree that trying to ban a word is silly.

Fair enough...you agree that it is silly to ban a word. But...do you UNDERSTAND that it is "ILLEGAL" for any government official(judge, mayor, senator, etc) to unilaterally order that a word not be spoken or written??
