Post subject: If God came upon us and looked at religion
If God came upon us in today's world and saw all the religion's practiced, what would be say? In certainty, all of them cannot be correct. Maybe neither of them are, as religion is not a fact, but a belief. For the purpose of this argument, what if only one was correct... and he took it upon himself to dispell others of their falacy, how would entire religions react and what would happen to their faith?

Religion is nothing but a right way of living. People of different regions follow different religions because the way showed in their religion depends on climatic and mental condition. So even the god him self can?t say whether a religion is correct to follow or incorrect. Because it is created by humans for a better life style. I have friends of different religions so for sure I know that all religions teach the same that to be generous to ur fellow human and help needy.

I agree with Naidu, religion is created by humans. It's an interesting exercise imagining what if the "real" God came one day. I don't know, if he, or she, is so good as many say, I guess he wouldn't be that famous, good guys don't like politics or fame that much, just take a look at Ghandi, a really nice fellow.

If its his creation means he can un create it, he probobly is ashamed, but won't hide.
If Jesus were to come again, I believe history would repeat itself, I mean the Jews knew of the coming of the messiah and they still rejected him. And why? because the high priests claimed him as a mad man, a charlatan, and a liar. Why? bcause with his coming the would lose all their power.
That is why we have so many diferent aspects and Christian Churches, they all try to change the bible's meanings to gain positions of power.

Man....you really need to read up on Revelations. Jesus is coming again and you can bet that NOTHING is going to repeat itself!!! The little bit of human flesh that will be left just before he arrives will never submit to mankind ruling himself again....man's rule will be finished for all time...thank god!!!!
Who in their right friggin mind would ever want man ruling anything after the Tribulation??????????????? I'd rather be sent to hell for eternity than ever live under man's rule again................

I clearly was not responding to the person who started this thread or the point that was made in his/her first post.
I was clearly responding to you and your sentence where you said if Jesus came AGAIN, things would probably be the same. The entire christian world would respond(as I did) that if "Jesus cam again"(your words) things would NOT be the same.
If you and the original author are talking about Jesus making a first, original visit, then you cannot phrase such an episode as "Jesus coming again." If Jesus comes AGAIN, He would be making a second, third, fourth, etc visist...NOT a first visit as you apparently intended to mean.
The reality, however, is that Jesus already knows what a f--king mess man has made trying to rule himself....Jesus doesn't need to come down here to see that truth.

He would probably do something like part the Gulf of Mexico, or flood the world except for a few evangelicals on a boat with 2 of everything = birds, fish, turtles, elephants, whales.....you get the idea.
Yep - The End is near!!

You don't have to guess or suppose what Jesus is going to do when He returns. It's all layed out, step-by-step, what He is going to do. And, like clockwork perfection, just about every biblical prophesy(pre-return-event) has been fulfilled (right infront of man's face).
Only the truly blind could ever believe that's man's rule of this world is going to continue much longer...see you in hell.

All i was simply trying to say was that if Jesus were to come a second time with the same mission as before. Demonstrating how the world is corrupt and the christian fate is being bent and manipulated to benefit those who are in control of it. Jesus was not crucified because of his teachings, he was crucified because he was a threat to the high priests of israel's power and inflence. Pontai pilate found nothing at faoult with him to be convicted and executed, but the high priests made him execute christ. If jesus were to come again do u think the Vatican, the Mormons, the protestants, etc., would want to give up their power and influence over the people?
probobly not.
Remember the Jews were waiting for their Messiah, they knew Chirst was coming.
Thats the point i was trying to make.
But when he comes again it wont be to be sacrificed all over agian, it would be for the last judgement.

Jesus didn't have to come here the first time to see how corrupt the world was....He doesn't have to come or go anywhere to see sin and corruption. Why do you keep talking about Him coming in order to see what is going on?
We are the lowest form of creation, except for plants & animals. In case you missed it, there is only one form of creation that is going to hell...man! Plants, animals, heavenly hosts & heavenly creations do not have to face judgement. One day soon, many folks are going to wish they were born as cats, dogs, fish...anything but as human, ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha.

I am simply answering the topic of this foroum, the author asked what would happen if jesus were to come again (as in with the same mission). I answered that, but he wont come again except for the last judgement.
