love kids - when they're beign raised properly.
my niece and nephew are polite, well-mannered and I'd take them to a fancy restaurant in a second.
how many kids can you say that about? |

Not to say that your kids aren't, Nogard. But how many parents actually admit that their kids are a pain in the backside?
These bad mannered children apparently don't really exist. Well, if they do nobody admits to them being theirs |

| Well, if the parnet don't want to stand up and say my kid is a brat, the parnet should be whipped. LOL... No really, I think parents should stand up and say my kids are bad when they are. Heck I would if my kids was bad. But sometimes kids have bad days just like adults do. Should we spank adults when they are bad? |

| I teach my kids abstinence until marriage. I also raise them with Godly values that do not condone abortion. Who is to blame for teenage pregnancies? Isn't it ultimately the one who had sex or the parent who never taught them some people do wait? |

| parents are too lazy these days to do anything - they have kids themselves at 16 then wonder why their brat is pregnant at 13 and going on welfare alongside them. |

there are always exceptions, but the fact is now we have third and fourth generation welfare families where the norm is to get pregnant and collect the checks from teh government... so where do you go from there?
the evidence is there... and if the parents aren't willing to break the cycle, why expect their kids to do it?
and please.. how many 13 year old really get raped and get pregnant? |

| What about the boys that make the girls pregnant - where does their responsibility come in? |

| Thumperfive, I don't know how many 13 year old girls get raped and get pregnant, but when I when I was younger, a friend of mine sister got raped by the same guy a few times and she ended up pregnant and had to have help from the state. But it's true lot of the kids follow in their parents footsteps. Lot of them think "it's OK my mom got pregnant at 13, it's OK for me". That's not the case but the parents seem not to care enough to talk to them. |

Nogard, I have *no* idea how someone can be raped "a few times" by the same guy and not get law enforcement involved...
aside from that, the problem is that the parents just don't want their kids to better themselves - the phrase "trailer park trash" is so true at times when parents almost hold their kids back in order to keep them dumb and at their sides, else they move onwards and upwards.
as for the boys, well... if I had my way all males would be chemically castrated until the age of 18 to make sure they kept it in their pants!

Parents must always ask their children to bring their pills or condoms.
In Germany, it is already a part of the curriculum to let the children know what are the consequences of underage/pre-marital sex.
One time I have seen in TV about sex contraceptives demontration in the class. The teacher use carrot and wrap it with condom. So funny! but it?s useful for the children to have a know-how. |

| I feel a women has the right to choose also, it is your body and you should have the final say on what goes on with it, for example in a case of rape this women has done nothing wrong and she should have the right to decide to choose what to do in that situation, on the other hand i feel that we as parents need to raise our daughters to understand the implications of sex before marriage and what they will be sacrificing if they have a child before they are ready. I have two daughters and this is exactly what i will preach to them when they become the age to understand it all. |

Who's to blame? society and parents.
Society because they advertise sex everywhere and parents for trying to be friends with they're kids, so that the kids don't hate them, so they let them do what ever the hell they want.
But parents like that are part of society.
So ultimetly we should blame humanity's degradation. |
