Increasing effective public transport system will decrease pollution of our nation. So government would encourage and support investments in facilities that would wean people away from the use of personal vehicles rather than build facilities that would encourage grater use of personal motor vehicles.

Yes electronic vehicles are the future. The other is hydrogen fuel cells also we might see solar. Only problem they dont generate enough power. Else they would have been here

I don't think vehicles powered by clean energy will become popular, until the companies find an effective way of making the same amount of profit as they do with oil based products.

I'm with Naidu. We need SAFE and reliable public transporation. And it needs to have a system that will work with the working man. It is no use if you have to drive 20 minutes to get to the station.

the lack of public transportation will be the death of this country - you get outsidethe main cities and you're doomed. And even IN the main cities it sucks greatly.

It's the same here.
We used to have public funded transport systems but after they privatized it, the whole thing fell apart.
Funnily enough I have just completely a survey this afternoon that wanted my opinion on whether they should be returned to public authorities.
The answer was a resounding, yes! |
