Who supported Terrorists Financially?

I am interested to know how did the terrorist get their support financially? Most of the terrorists are coming from the 3rd world countries. Do you think someone is behind them?

You should know that there is a network that's tough to crack that could still be financing terrorism, but the few that came out in the open had been axed, and one of them was Saddam who was giving between $10,000 and $20,000 in cash for the families of the suicide bombers. Times were good then and he was doing it in public. Bin Laddin was the other one and the Iranians also could still be doing it.
