Illegal Aliens uses American children's SSN?!

I watched the news concerning Illegal Aliens who uses American children's SSN. I'm not sure if this is only an accusation or it is really happening. If it is the case what can we do to control such thing?

I would be curious on this as well if this is happening it is really scary and we need to think about protecting our children's futures, how are they getting these numbers.

Identity theft is a problem for people of all ages. You need to be careful with your SSN and checking your credit reports.

Yes i agree identity theft is a major issue, but a child's number is not given out near as much as an adult i would be concerned how they are getting these numbers.
