If you were able to, would you cut spending in your country's budget? If so, what programs do you think could be cut to save spending?

I thin that budget cuts is just the nature of the beast and they need to be looked at on an annual basis to determine what programs we did not utilize as a country as others and the budgets costs should be based on that.
