This topic is a hot one, but one thing new is, soon, I don't know how many years, but the wage gap will disappear, because these guys are becoming expensive slowly, especially in the programming and hi tech field, and even now they are charging high requiring shopping around.

Indeed, cheap labor always becomes expensive labor.... happens every time.... LITERALLY... which is why there will always be another country waiting in the wings to provide that low labor rate.

we can definitely price ourselves out of the market and jobs when it comes to outsourcing, but things to think about with outsourcing these individuals have no benefits for themselves or there families so they need to charge higher rates to survive.
