As Alan Greenspan explained to congress and america, it was a function
of greatly expanded 401K plans offered by more employers and the expotential growth of the risky high tech investors. 401K pension managers had so many $billions of extra dollar to spend that they ran up the economy with massive investments. This, in turn, resulted in a massive influx of additional, unexpected tax dollars to the U.S. treasury which gave us our surpluse. That's why when the stock crashed, all you heard from the media was the people's 401k pension plans had either been wiped out or greatly reduced. Mr Blow Job had nothing to do with that economic expansion. Moreoever, it only lasted for about two and half years during his second term.

The current economic growth we are experiencing now can be tracked back to Bush's tax cuts and his capital gains tax cuts. Bush actually did something to fire up the recession he inherit from that idiot Clinton.

We were talking about liberal spending programs and the damage it has done to this nation. I gave the Bureau of Census numbers show that when the liberal poverty programs started back in 1968 the poverty rate was roughly 12%...today the poverty rate is still 12%. See any goddamn improvement in poverty after pissing away $trillions for years??? Now let's see your source your lazy asshole???? I also gave you both the CBO and OMB websites that show roughly 66 cents of every tax dollar spent in this nation goes to social welfare bullshit programs. Let's see your source you lazy asshoe????

Constitution also says that the President will execute war and that the congress will fund wars. This has been done by both branches and if you don't like that then get the hell out of MY country. In short, as I've always said, this country is NOT for liberals....because....the Consitution is clearly anti-liberal in almost every respect....so get the hell out of MY country...go breed somewhere else.
