Thumperfive, that is so true. I can't believe how someone can sue some for something stupid. I mean a man sues McDonald's because he got burn by coffee. LOL... I thought coffee was supposed to be hot.

well, in that case the coffee was too hot and McD's adjusted their coffee temps accordingly... but we've become a soft nation of fat jerks.

if we ever had to fight a ground war on the border like the Israelis are doing, we'd be dead in a day - too many creampuffs wandering around waving their hands and asking for the UN to step in and save us!

Returning to the original topic.

Unfortunately many people think something is true just because they saw it on TV, that's why news channels have such a big impact in the world. They mostly inform about bad things and I think they are just creating bad energy around all of us.

I know the world is not perfect but we could be better if we could watch more news that give us hope and make us feel happier, don't you think?

I like your point, Alexis.

By the way, I want to sue McDonalds for giving me pimples when I was a kid. The grease killed me, but I was addicted to their special sauce.

Shocked

I like the term "bad energy," it seems to sum the media up perfectly at the moment.

Ever notice how the big three play the exact same news stories each night. The one exception is the 3 minute human interest story each night. Just canned programming by the industry consultants.
