From the KingDude’s DudeDesk in Sirius radio, there have been a 60 percent decline in violence in Iraq over the last six months according to Gen. David Petraeus. He also added that maintaining security is easier than establishing it and gives him more flexibility in deploying forces. Armed with charts showing weekly attacks every week and the death of Iraqi civilian have plunged to levels not seen here since early Petraeus said the reduction lets him make force adjustments to address remaining problem areas, which would include northern Iraq. I hope to know through this forum what are those factors that results in this improved security.
