My friend has been on the road a lot for her political nonprofit work. She has been eating a ton of fast food, which is just so unhealthy and wrong! I'm wondering, do you all maybe have a suggestion about how she can eat healthier on the road? I was thinking leftovers but they spill.

When I went to college, my mom sent me some foldtuk containers because she thought I'd be running my butt off doing school work (yea right), but they were helpful little things. I just made a bunch of stuff when I went home on the weekends and put the food in the foldtuks and they lasted me through the week. She can try that. Just google foldtuk, I think she ordered them online.
