I'm a "middle-of-the-road" kind of guy . I like hearing both sides of our political system such as the liberals, conservatives, and moderates point of view on issues. By doing so I have come up with a personal conclusion on today's democratic party. It seems to me that if you disagree with legislation put forth by the democratic party or have a different opinion, you are a very bad person. I am a independent moderate voter and the democratic party has really got me concerned as a U.S. citizen on which way they want to take this country. When I hear my house speaker, Nancy Pelosi, and my president and many other left wing liberal democrats lashing out at normal U.S. citizens for having a different point of view about legislation being put forth, it makes me wonder what kind of society they truly want for this country. On the other hand, the democrats do control congress and they do have the power in the United States at this time. Lawfully, they do have the right to make the new law of the land but when you go against a majority of registered voters on issues and flat out ignore their concerns and their fears in such a arrogant way, I'm very concerned about my country. People have voted in this country and they have spoken. This is who they want in control and I'm wondering if we are a moderate, conservative country anymore. If I'm wrong and we still are a moderate, conservative country, we must vote the right way to put people in power that will address things by way of a moderate, conservative nation. Statistics show that 95% percent of Hollywood votes and supports the democratic party. 91% of minorities vote for the democratic party. 95% of the gay community votes for the democratic party. The ACLU overwhelmingly supports the democratic party. So if you are a conservative moderate in this nation, how could you ever vote and support the democratic party at this point and time? Then I ask myself, I have many black colleagues at work and I ask them the same question:" How can you continue to support this party and you seem to be of Christian background and good family values?" There's something going on in this nation at this time about the demise of the current power structure. It's not about what's best for the country, it's not about patriotism, it's not about being compassionate and understanding , or having a ear for all opinions, trying to rationalize and balance it out and come to the conclusion for what is best for our country. At this point, it's all about the destruction of a current power structure whether it's the best for the country or not. I guess I'm a little confused: see, I firmly believe today, more than ever, what the late John F. Kennedy said, and read these words carefully: " Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country." I figure if I vote for the people that are going to do what's best for my country, it will trickle down to all of us as far as families and citizens of America, we must be very careful about who we are putting into power. They may look and sound normal but when they receive power, they have these agendas that just aren't what is best for our nation. So I say to you, as Americans, let's show the arrogant, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi , who is lashing out at U.S. citizens, Barney Frank, and other liberal democrats, that they can be outsed in the upcoming election. These people work for us not against us as they will find out when average American people have had enough of their arrogance. I have people and friends at work that don't like what is going on and in our conversations, they will reveal to me that they have been voting democratic party for the last 10 years. Well I say to you, learn the issues, learn the political system, because if you don't, you will be a part of the dooming of our nation as we know it. This is the first of my messages that will be coming to you and if you have a open ear and really want to learn about our political system, I will share with you some common sense issues. Like I said in the beginning of my message, I am a independent voter. I'm not republican nor democrat. All I know at the moment is that Democrats are in power and we put them there. So think about this.

Excuse me, are Republicans and Conservatives any different? If you question US troops in Afghanistan or anywhere else your seen as a traitor to the country.
