Post subject: The cookie war
Can things get more ridiculous than this? It seems the leading ladies or wife’s of leading contenders for the President of America are locked in a furious war of cookies. Cindy McCain meanwhile has been caught with her hand in the cookie jar or worse . She lifted the recipe from a popular food guide. She can’t even do something as stupid as this right. To top it all, it seems that the wife who makes the most popular cookies gets to sit in the white house. Missus Clinton did it right with her chocolate chip cookies both in 1992 and 1996 . Wonder what she would have cooked up this time around if she had won the nomination. I hate choco-chips anyway.

Post subject: The cookie presidents
It’s things like this which undermine our political system. A cookie war!!! Just imagine. If anyone from another country read this, he would laugh his guts out. Meanwhile we should all be crying or bemoaning the fall our political system to the level of a cookie. Can we ever be more serious. After all it concerns our country and future. If cookies are all we care about , we will get only nitwits like Bush. Look what kind of damage he is doing. Don’t we care for our children. Should we see many more coffins from Iraq before we are jolted back to reality.

Post subject: The way cookie crumbles
It’s the way cookie crumbles. What do you think are the issues most worrying to us Americans? First on the list is the late night show. Second is what Oprah says in her talk show. Third is baseball results. What do you think will happen? We are surely beating around the Bush . We deserve Bush as much as he deserves the Presidents seat. It is his birthright. When twits like us are voting , twits like him will win. As I said earlier ,that’s the way cookie crumbles.

Post subject: It is cookie politics,no doubt
Never mind ,we are still a superpower. But for how long? While we are having fun and games the fortune cookie is turning the other side. Asian tigers and elephants are taking over our concrete jungles. Obama is obsessed with outsourcing . If he has his way , outsourcing would be abolished. More like throwing the baby with the bathtub or whatever. We are simply running out of ideas. Our politicians are busy looking at other countries and finding ways to stop them developing. Meanwhile, the American cookie jar is getting depleted fast. The dollar is at a all time low. We are paying for our overindulgence .

Post subject: Let's be selfish
I agree. We are looking everywhere else for a solution and blaming everyone else for our woes. If we spend the same time solving our problems we would not be in this pathetic state in which we find ourselves today . We are not the flag bearer for the worlds poor . Let them look after themselves . I am sure they will find a way to survive. Meanwhile us Americans will be left in the lurch. We need clear policy direction and not appeasement. Nor do we need unnecessary aggression. Let’s be selfish for our own sake.
